What I do

Example automations
Aggregating data from multiple APIs
Problem: Data needed for operational or analytical purposes was scattered across multiple APIs and systems, requiring manual collection and reconciliation.
Approach: Backend components were used to fetch, normalize, and combine data from different sources into a consistent structure suitable for further use.
Outcome: Data became easier to access, reuse, and present, reducing manual effort and improving consistency.
Asynchronous request handling
Problem: Some backend operations could not be handled synchronously without impacting responsiveness or user experience.
Approach: Non-critical or long-running work was separated from request handling and processed asynchronously in the background.
Outcome: Requests remained responsive while background processing improved overall system stability.
Infrastructure as Code for backend systems
Context: Backend services often require repeatable and reliable infrastructure across multiple environments.
Approach: Infrastructure was defined as code using cloud-native templates, allowing environments to be provisioned and maintained in a consistent way alongside application development.
Outcome: Faster environment setup, fewer configuration errors, and clearer ownership of infrastructure within the development workflow.

Experience & background
I have worked on and maintained production backend systems across multiple industries, with a strong focus on reliability and long-term maintainability. My core experience is in backend development using .NET and Python, building integrations between systems and supporting operational workflows through automation. When needed, I also work across the full stack with React, while keeping backend architecture and integrations as my primary responsibility.
My background also includes work in regulated and data-heavy domains, such as insurance systems and energy market platforms.
